Currently we are searching for a HR Transformation Analyst with a strong project management and HR systems background to join our People Systems & Services department based in Melbourne Head Office. You will be part of a small dynamic team focusing on the development, implementation, optimisation and support of HR systems and processes within the Jetstar Group. You will provide expert advice and support to the business in the day-to-day use of our HR systems and processes.
This role will require regular international travel in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Accountabilities for the role are (but not limited to):
Ensure project management of business and technical implementation of new HRIS functionality in Jetstar?s HR solution including:
- Gathering and definition of business requirements.
- Process mapping and re-engineering for efficiency and/or software requirements.
- Lead the system configuration for specific modules/functionalities and act as key liaison with the software vendor.
- Manage system and user testing.
- Develop and execute the change and communication plan including training development and delivery to all management levels across the Jetstar Group.
- Manage key business stakeholders? expectations throughout the implementation process including updating and consulting at each stage. Key stakeholders include (but are not limited to) functional Department Heads, Operational Managers, HR managers, and the HR team of the Jetstar Group airlines.
- Provide ongoing support to facilitate existing HR business processes (eg Performance Management cycles, Engagement surveys, and other regular system-driven HR processes).
- Explore and assess opportunities for HR administration and process improvement (data management, forms, transactional processing, employee life-cycle, workflows, decision support ?), including downstream processes to other functional areas.
- Manage implementation of existing HR system functionality and processes (e.g. Performance Management, Requisition approvals, Succession Planning/Talent Management) into other Jetstar Group airlines.
- Design and development of application training material and facilitate training to other project members and super users.
- Provide ongoing support (form creation, process flow management, small reconfigurations ?) to facilitate business processes (e.g. Performance Management, Engagement Survey and other regular system-driven HR processes).

We also expect you to possess:
- A tertiary qualification in an IT or Business/HR discipline.
- Demonstrated project, change management and analytical skills within a mid to large sized Company with the ability to deliver on time and to budget.
- Proficient Excel and intermediate MS Word, Powerpoint, Visio and Project skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- The ability to help clients solve problems that deal with business strategies, HR technology requirements, processes and organisational changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills across all levels of the organisation.
